Job Context
we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Executive (IE). The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and provide layouts, identify critical operation and special machines.
Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action.
Ensuring each process capacity is 5% above the day target.
Conduct training for operator skill improvement.
Ensuring SMV savings: 5000 minutes per month.
Conduct critical operation operator training.
Ensuring process improvement: 3 process each month.
Ensuring NPT reduction, Lost time recording (NPT) and update it at off standard database , Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study to develop Productivity.
Ensuring Improvement of bottle neck operation capacity by 5% each day.
Work for 100% capacity utilization & wastage reduction.
Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc)
Master of Science (MSc) in textile Engineering
B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering/ IPE from any reputed University/Institutions
Skills Required: Computer skill high

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 year(s) (Industrial Engineering Dept.)

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have excellent people management skills
Should have ability to correspond accurately
Computer literate (MS office)
