Job Context

M&J Group entered into manufacturing activities in 1965 by establishing a flour milling company. The business horizon gets expanded in 1989 when the garment manufacturing factory was opened. Job Responsibilities

• Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;
• Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, and other worker operations;
• Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material;
• Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process;
• Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met;
• Prepare still inventory for the operator;
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards;
• Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line;
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;
• Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations;
• Perform any other task as assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in any discipline ; preferably in Textile

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years
• Preferably in Gazipur;
• Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
• Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
• Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
• Self-starter & proactive;
• Good interpersonal skill.
