Job Context

We are looking for a Junior . Executive- IE in Multifabs Garments factory, responsible for overseeing the Industrial Engineering activities for the Knit & Woven Sections. The IE Jr. Executive will develop and implement production plans and schedules, manage staff, and monitor production output.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' individual efficiency, production efficiency.
• Have the knowledge to follow up on the total production system from cutting to finishing.
• Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
• Ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.
• Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
• Identify and remove causes of delay in production to meet shipment dates.
• Monitor line wise production report, on hourly output basis.
• Daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.
• Check all IE related reports (time/method /motion/capacity study report of the floor on the basis of individual buyer).
• Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• B.Sc Hons) in AMT , KMT , textile or IPE From any reputed public or private university .
• Proper knowledge about gmts industry
• Garments related training will be preferable .
• Skills Required: Industrial Engineering
