  Responsibilities & Context

  • Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
  • Maintain working relationship with production personnel to establish best practices.
  • Implement various methods to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
  • Maintain coordination with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
  • Implement strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.
