Responsibilities:

Prepare Operation Breakdown

Define the steps and tasks involved in the production process.

Machine Layout

Arrange machines in the production area to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Non-Balancing & Balancing Graphs

Check cycle times of each operator and helper to create non-balancing and balancing graphs.

Time Studies, Production & Capacity Studies

Conduct studies to analyze time, production rates, and capacity of the production line.

Prepare Incentive Bills

Create bills based on production incentives for employees.

Monitor Hourly Production

Track production rates on an hourly basis to ensure targets are met.

Operator Grading

Grade operators according to company grading policies based on performance and skill.

Maintain Skill Inventories

Keep records of skills possessed by employees on each production line.

Record Non-Productive Time (NPT)

Document non-productive time and take action to reduce it.

Method Development & Implementation

Develop and implement new methods to improve production processes.

Reduce Non-Value Added Processes

Identify and eliminate processes that do not add value to the final product.

Implementation of 5S

Implement the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workplace organization and efficiency.

Cooperation & Coordination

Collaborate with the Production Manager and Unit Chief to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor of Science (Pass)

Experience

2 to 4 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Garments

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years

Will be responsible for minimum 200 machines.
