Job Context

Job Responsibilities

·         Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;

·         Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, and other worker operations;

·         Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material;

·         Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process;

·         Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met;

·         Prepare still inventory for the operator;

·         Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards;

·         Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line;

·         Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;

·         Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations;

·         Perform any other task as assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements

·         B.Sc. in any discipline ; preferably in Textile

Experience Requirements

·         At most 1 year(s)

·         Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

·         Age at least 18 years

·         Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;

·         Ability to work hard and control Pressure;

·         Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
