Job Responsibilities

·         Manage the overall operations, production, and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to shipment.

·         Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.

·         Prepare the quality manual of the factory and does regular audit for the entire manufacturing processes.

·         Report to owner and top management on the monthly performance of all departments.

·         Coordinate with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.

·         Communicate with owner directly for any special instruction regarding factory improvement implementation.

·         Manage the entire fabric and knitting manufacturing from planning to delivery.

·         At least 10 year(s)

·         Age 28 to 50 years
