Job Description:

 

As an MTO or Trainee Officer IEat Ananta Apparels Limited (Ananta Group) , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Conducting time and motion studies to analyze production processes.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

Developing and maintaining production standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow.

Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Assisting in capacity planning and resource allocation.

Providing technical support and guidance to production teams.

Qualifications:

 

Diplom/Bsc in textile Engineering, Students who's running in EBTX or weekend batch in any university can apply.Proficiency in time and motion study techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
