Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IE Junior Executive to join our team at Rizvi Fashions Ltd.. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the textile industry and a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering (IE) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IE team in planning and implementing efficient production processes.
• Assist in analyzing work methods and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with the production team to increase efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to production and IE activities.
• Monitor daily production performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Textile Engineering (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering (IE)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
